1. 用途について

BioMab社製hPLは、研究用として提供されます。診断・治療・臨床目的（ヒトまたは動物）での使用はできません。

2. 製品の取扱いと保管

製品は、特別な記載がない限り、推奨温度で保管してください。輸送時には適切な温度管理が必要です。

​

3. 安全性とコンプライアンス

購入者は、関係する法令、安全規定、研究機関内のバイオセーフティ指針を遵守する責任を負います。SDS（安全データシート）はご希望に応じて提供可能です。

​

4. 返品・交換について

本製品は生物由来であるため、原則として返品はお受けできません。ただし、到着時に破損や不良が確認された場合は、交換にて対応いたします。

​

5. 免責事項

製品の誤使用または許可されていない用途によって生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

​

6. 割引適用について

割引（例：使用後フィードバックに対する割引）は、BioMab hPL 500mL 1本まで／1機関につき1回に限り適用されます。ご使用後のフィードバック提出が必要です。

7. 準拠法

本条件は、日本国の法令に基づいて解釈・適用されます。

1. Intended Use

BioMab hPL is provided for research use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use in humans or animals.

​

2. Product Handling and Storage

Unless otherwise specified, the product should be stored at the recommended temperature.

Proper temperature control must be maintained during transportation.

​​

3. Safety and Compliance

Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and institutional biosafety guidelines.

An SDS (Safety Data Sheet) is available upon request.

4. Returns and Replacement

Due to the biological nature of this product, returns are generally not accepted.

However, in the event of damage or defect upon arrival, a replacement will be provided.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We accept no liability for any damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized application of the product.

​

6. Discount Policy

Discount offers (e.g., feedback-based discounts) apply only to one 500 mL bottle of BioMab hPL per institution, one time.

Submission of usage feedback is required to qualify.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
