Founder, CEO

 

Kenta Ebisawa has over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of healthcare management, including JCI accreditation consulting. Drawing on his broad expertise and international network, he has supported a wide range of healthcare institutions. His professional background spans countries such as Japan, Bulgaria, Djibouti, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Indonesia, the United States, and Hong Kong ,   enabling him to approach healthcare management from a truly global perspective. He has also been appointed as a member of the Advisory Board of AL-SHIFA Hospital in the Republic of Djibouti, where he provides strategic advice on healthcare management and quality improvement. 

He also serves as a consultant for Vmarsh Healthcare, contributing worldwide to the advancement of high-quality healthcare, human resource development, and international medical collaboration (details here).

In 2019, he earned his MBA from the University of Massachusetts, USA. In 2025, he completed "AI in Healthcare: From Strategies to Implementation" at Harvard Medical School.   He   is currently the President of the non-profit organization Afya Management and Innovation, where he leads support initiatives for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Through partnerships with local clinics, he actively engages in projects aimed at strengthening community healthcare.

Aya Kanno has over a decade of experience as a research and development professional at a global manufacturing company, where she cultivated strong analytical skills and keen observational abilities. With business experience in both France and Japan, she has been engaged in diverse projects within international environments.

She also has expertise in conducting internal and external analyses for healthcare institutions and developing marketing strategies. By combining data-driven insights with a marketing-oriented approach, she supports management from both analytical and strategic perspectives.

 

In 2010, she was awarded the Hayashi Fellowship from the Hayashi Fund for Women Natural Scientists. She earned her Ph.D. in Science in 2011 and went on to complete her MBA (Business Analytics Option) at the University of Massachusetts, USA, in 2022. Her career is driven by a passion for creating synergies through the integration of technology and business.

In 2023, she further expanded her expertise by completing Entrepreneurship Essentials at Harvard Business School Online.
