Meet The Team

Kenta EBISAWA, MBA

Founder, CEO

Kenta Ebisawa has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, leveraging his extensive knowledge and network to support various medical institutions, experienced business in Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Dibouti, and Japan. In 2019, he earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, USA. He also serves as the Chairman of the nonprofit organization Afya Management and Innovation, leading support initiatives for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Collaborating with local clinics, he actively engages in projects to improve healthcare in the region.

Aya KANNO, MBA, Ph. D.

Vice President

Aya Kanno has over 10 years of experience as a research and development professional in the manufacturing industry, where she cultivated strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detailed observations, experienced business in France and Japan. In 2022, she earned an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, USA, and now works as a consultant specializing in creating synergies between technology and business. She also serves as the Vice Representative of the voluntary organization Harmony Sisters Network, supporting refugees and immigrants.
